By placing an order with H3 Cattle Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Made-to-Order Products

Most items are made-to-order. This means production begins after your purchase is completed. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before shipment.


All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing, fit, or preference.


If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right.


Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before placing an order. We are not responsible for items that do not fit as expected.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check all order details before completing your purchase.


Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier issues once your order has been shipped. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.


Incorrect Information

H3 Cattle Co. is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses or contact information provided by the customer.


Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Filing a chargeback or dispute after receiving your product without valid reason (such as fraud or failure to deliver) may result in being refused future service.


Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content are property of H3 Cattle Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.


Right to Refuse Service

H3 Cattle Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
