Shipping policy

At H3 Cattle Co., each order is handled with care. Most items are made-to-order, meaning we begin processing your order after it is placed.

Processing Time

Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. While we do keep some items in stock, the majority of our products are made as orders come in.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and your location. Typically, shipping takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

H3 Cattle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, lost or delayed packages, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked as delivered, H3 Cattle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact your local post office or carrier for further assistance.
